Refunds
When you return a fulfilled item, refunds are issued to PayTM Wallet or Bank Account via NEFT or Bhim UPI. You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund.
PayTM Wallet : Refund will be issued to Wallet of Registered Mobile number while placing order.
BANK Account :
- The Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holders Name (Should be similar to that of Billing Name)
- Bank Name
- Bank Branch
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. NEFT refunds will typically be processed in 2 business days after receiving the product and will be credited to your account in 3 business days.BHIM UPI : You need to provide UPI address (eg. abhishek@upi )
